CNC Electro-hydraulic Press Brake
We are a press brake manufacturer in China. Our CNC electro-hydraulic press brake is a combination of both of them. Hydraulic press uses air pressure or pressure of hydraulic oil in cylinder to generate tonnage on the ram. CNC press brake is a press brake equipped with CNC control system. User simply inputs the desired blending angle of the metal sheets and leaves the rest to the press brake.
CNC Electro-hydraulic Press Brake
A press brake is a machine tool used to bend sheet metal. It is also known as a brake press or a just brake. There are generally several types of press brakes like mechanical, pneumatic, CNC, hydraulic and servo-electric press brakes. Among them, the hydraulic press brake and the CNC press brake have gained great popularity with their good applicability.
As a combination of a CNC press brake and a hydraulic press, our CNC electro-hydraulic press brake is characterized by the following features.
1. This CNC electro-hydraulic press brake adopts electro-hydraulic servo valve. The synchronized precision is ±0.01mm.
2. It adopts dedicated Bosch or Hoerbiger modular hydraulic system, full loop controlling the synchronization of the ram.
3. This CNC electro-hydraulic press brake is of highly rigid, integrated frame structure. The frame goes through heat treatment and shot blast and is released of inner stress, ensuring the linearity and angle consistence and neglecting the bending tolerance because of the frame torsion.
4. The CNC system from Dutch Delem CNC system dedicated for press brakes. It calculates the bending force and displays the bending graphics. Graphical simulation of the bending procedure can be manually, semi-automatically or automatically carried out.
5. The back gauge of this CNC electro-hydraulic press brake is controlled by AC servo motor, with precision ball screws and linear guides. 3 axes is the standard configuration. It could be customized upon request.
6. The upper and the lower tooling are manual clamped or hydraulic clamped (optional). The tool changing is more safe and swift.
7. This CNC press brake adopts German Heidenhain precision linear encoder and double upper beam guides.
8. The working table of this CNC electro-hydraulic press brake can be equipped with electric drive pusher and deflection compensation device to further reduce the influence on the bending accuracy caused by the elastic deformation of the frame.
9. CNC automatic compensation function can be realized by a full-length & dual-direction vila structure of work table. Workbench features a unique design, more ef f icient model to compensate for the def lect ion of the next deformation. The amount of compensation set automatically by the numerical control system to ensure that the full bending angle of the same, so that the workpiece straightness higher.
